History

One12 St. Clair was originally built to house the offices of the Toronto Mutual Insurance Company.  The property was acquired in 2004 by 112 St. Clair Avenue West Holdings Inc., a project company of the Grossman and Vranich families.  The company assembled an elite team to convert the building into a prestige condominium, including Page & Steele, architects and Elias Veisman, construction and project manager.  These professionals rank at the top for condominium developments having collaborated on some of Toronto’s highest profile, multi family residential projects including the Windsor Arms, the Cheddington and One Post Road.    The property was completed and ready for buyers to customize their individual suites in the spring of 2007.
